Spring is for Baptisms

Entering into a state of divine holiness through sacred rituals many times we question whether or not we are doing the correct thing. Not truly understanding what will happen to us after the ritual is completed, our minds taut us and fear becomes a greater part to the experience. Rituals from the Holy Bible that serve us to a better life can do the same thing.  Baptism is the best known, but it is also the least understood. Let's try to redefine the observance of baptism and learn something more about this experience.

It has been a standard into believing that baptism is only for the removal of sins, but baptism serves may different purposes. This cleansing ritual has been seen throughout the religious histories ever sense mankind has felt a need to cleanse themselves from both their mental and bodily soil. Both the Old and New Testament books lists several ways to the purpose of baptism, such as, death or the removal of sinful notions caused by the flesh, to receive a faith in God, baptism to receive instructions on how to baptize, laying on faithful  hands to receive an anointing of faith; and lastly, cleansing for a resurrection from an eternal judgement.
-
Jesus himself states in  Mark 10:38 that baptism itself is a baptism. A baptism that the purpose is to prepare the mind for what is about to happen...this baptism was served through the way of "to drink". Whereas, Jesus spoke of his baptism as a division. One that would cause the populace to splinter, " I have a terrible baptism of suffering ahead of me, and I am under a heavy burden until it is accomplished. 51. Do you think I have come to bring peace to the earth? No, I have come to divide people against each other! 52. From now on families will be split apart, three in favor of me, and two against—or two in favor and three against."(Luke 12:50-52: NLT). This type of splinter is the third part of the curse heard from God at the time of the Tower of Babel. At the verses 1 Corinthians 10:2-4 baptism is physically having a faith in God. A spiritual nurturing likened to food, water, safety, and rocks! This kind baptism was the example given as with the children of Moses.

Gaining both a physical, as well as, a spiritual insight, the Apostle Paul, by way of Damascus, received an anointing. Some will refer to this type of anointing as a required baptism for a duty of faith. Ananias, through the laying of hands, doused Paul with a physical healing (Acts 9:17), thus causing Paul's blindness to disappear. It was at this moment that a baptism was used to prepare yourself before a special task.
-
Now, 1 Corinthians says baptism is a blending of multi- faiths. All faiths though separate can be blended into one type of faith that has many different parts (1 Corinthians 12:12-14). Here the suggestion is that every person (or, part) receives an anointing because baptism is an eternal cleansing because of faith in the need for a messiah. This scripture says that  Holy Spirit is the deliverer of this new wisdom, with faith, healing, one spirit, powers, prophecy, distinguishing spirits, tongues and its interpretations that may come upon you as evidence that there is purpose for for a messiah named Jesus. This type of baptism of nations is illustrated by the Old Testament book of Micah and the called of the plowshares (Micah 4: 1-5).
-
Whether or not mankind is in accordance with the standards of the Holy Bible, baptism is still considered to be of a religious nature. Baptism is a renewal of a personal spirit that is inter-connected with a god...no matter what god mankind is trying to use.
-
Baptism is a new beginning, a renewal of the spirit. A renewal that is to encourage both the mind and spirit for a life-altering task or a life-long task life in service with your messiah. Baptism is also in service at the completion of a divine faith...the task is done 'go cleanse yourself'. Baptisms are for entering into a life with the Christ. The one-on-one time in order to complete life with a divine presence by your side.

Baptism of the mind and spirit can be preformed at any time. Sought out by everyone, whether to pull in extra strength, a powerful obedience, a prayerful communication, or a long period towards the bountiful forgiveness, baptism gives insight and health, direction and hope, love and fortitude, and, as always,  the Great Salvation!

In Remembering John 3:27...
John replied, "No one can receive anything unless God gives it from heaven.

Lord God, baptism prepares a way for the heart. One-on-one, I with the Holy One, am here standing seeking a new faith in preparation, a renewal of the spirit for a new season of early spring. Help us to receive both grace and Your blessings at the time of  this eternal resurrection which is called The Pentecost. Blessing to all. Amen
.... So that, if a man only abstains from doing evil in order to avoid punishment, Non pasces in cruce corvos, [Thou shalt not be hanged.], saith the Pagan; there, "thou hast thy reward." But even he will not allow such a harmless man as this to be so much as a good heathen. If, then, any man, from the same motive, viz., to avoid punishment, to avoid the loss of his friends, or his gain, or his reputation, should not only abstain from doing evil, but also do ever so much good; yea, and use all the means of grace; yet we could not with any propriety say, this man is even almost a Christian. If he has no better principle in his heart, he is only a hypocrite altogether.
