Spoken by God

After the events of Pentecost had taken place, mankind was left to believe or not to believe, there was only trust in the word and trust in the Lord for all to stand up with. Many of the biblical verses tell us way to seek and find resources for a faithful rearing by the lifestyle of Jesus and the ways in which he sought out God in his own life. Here we can look at a few verses in order to assist new believers to scripture passages that shows direction to communicating with God Almighty.

...
Through Jesus Christ himself,
John 14: 10-12
Don't you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak are not my own, but my Father who lives in me does his work through me. 11.  Just believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. Or at least believe because of the work you have seen me do. 12. "I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father
Reading only the words that Jesus spoke is a very good resource to use when a person feels it's necessary to communicate with God...as Jesus firmly believed that he communicated directly, as in a one-on-one, with the Almighty. It was through that firm belief that Jesus believed God relayed the necessary information through the words which Jesus spoke. Many persons in the future would read or hear those words, but the words spoken by Jesus would only serve those who believed in the One God Almighty.

Through Scripture,
2 Tim 3: 16-17
All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. 17. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.
Inspired scripture? In the books of Kings, the Almighty said that men could find their own persons to say His words...persons who were not sent by Him or of His people. And that, we, as believers, shouldn't worry about these pretenders because if the prophecies reached His people, us, then we are to understand that there is the information necessary for His children to learn as God would see to it that the words would be as a correction and we are to look to see just what the prophet is and just what he is saying.

Through Rituals and Rites,.
Leviticus 2: 8-9.
"No matter how a grain offering for the LORD has been prepared, bring it to the priest, who will present it at the altar. 9. The priest will take a representative portion of the grain offering and burn it on the altar. It is a special gift, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
..
People give so they can receive, so is the nature of sin. A never ending cycle, the alter of sacrifice became to ornament for mankind to adorn in both pleasure and in sinfulness. In the beginning, the grain offering was first given by Abel, the son of Adam. That offering was followed by a meat offering, given by Caim, also a son of Adam. Both sons born in darkness of sin was instructed to give offerings to God. In sin, we believe offerings offer a peaceful resolution for waywardness. We try to communicate with God with our peace offerings of grains for joy, and meat offerings for strength of conviction.
Mark 14:22-25
As they were eating, Jesus took some bread and blessed it. Then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples, saying, "Take it, for this is my body." 23. And he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. He gave it to them, and they all drank from it. 24. And he said to them, "This is my blood, which confirms the covenant between God and his people. It is poured out as a sacrifice for many. 25. I tell you the truth, I will not drink wine again until the day I drink it new in the Kingdom of God."
Now in this passage Jesus firmly tells us that 'bread' is the offering presented at the table, and all were to eat some of it. Notice the passage about 'wine'. In verse 25, Jesus says he will "not drink wine [sic, that is 'blood',} again until he drinks it new in the Kingdom of God." Just as in the beginning Abel's offering of grain and bread was rejected and replaced with the 'meat' offering a savory and aromatic towards the Lord. So, is it a "peace offerings of grains for joy, and meat offerings for strength of conviction". Speak with God with "strength of conviction". Don't be like the hypocrites who believe that joy is a pleasure for sinfulness. God is not sin; wherefore, God will speak to you through 'conviction'.

Through Visual Images and Dreams,...
Matthew 3: 15-17
But Jesus said, "It should be done, for we must carry out all that God requires." So John agreed to baptize him. 16. After his baptism, as Jesus came up out of the water, the heavens were opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and settling on him. 17. And a voice from heaven said, "This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy."

Again, a peace offering of flesh...you! Baptized though conviction! A conviction that is necessary because God speaks to those who really need Him...not those who want to simply talk to Him, but those who can offer themselves as the example of sinfulness in mankind. Faith without deeds is only looking to see the face of God, not to walk and live with Him on earth and in heaven. No one understand why Jesus needed to be baptized...conviction!.
Genesis 9: 12-13
Then God said, "I am giving you a sign of my covenant with you and with all living creatures, for all generations to come. 13. I have placed my rainbow in the clouds. It is the sign of my covenant with you and with all the earth. 14. When I send clouds over the earth, the rainbow will appear in the clouds, 15. and I will remember my covenant with you and with all living creatures. Never again will the floodwaters destroy all life. 16. When I see the rainbow in the clouds, I will remember the eternal covenant between God and every living creature on earth." 17. Then God said to Noah, "Yes, this rainbow is the sign of the covenant I am confirming with all the creatures on earth."
After the Great Flood, Book of Genesis, God promises Noah that all who followed Noah's example of faithfulness a 'rainbow' would be seen in the clouds. That is a communication between you and God Almighty. God will remember you, so too will you remember God. So with "all creatures" the visible rainbow is the way God delivers His message of faithfulness He has towards you. He remembers you, and you will remember Him.

Through Angels,

Matthew 2: 13-15
After the wise men were gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. "Get up! Flee to Egypt with the child and his mother," the angel said. "Stay there until I tell you to return, because Herod is going to search for the child to kill him." 14. That night Joseph left for Egypt with the child and Mary, his mother, 15. and they stayed there until Herod's death. This fulfilled what the Lord had spoken through the prophet: "I called my Son out of Egypt."
This famous passage about Joseph and Jesus needing to flee into Egypt sets the biblical stage for Jesus' ministry. Within Jewish law, anyone who returned to Jerusalem by way of Egypt was never to be allowed the privileges of the high temple, let alone, teach the words of their God. So Jesus became separated from the people, as prophecy foretold. It was the faithfulness of Joseph, the father parent of Jesus, who believed the angel was sent from God that the separation of those who will love the Almighty and those who only seek His face.

Through Nonverbal Bodily Symbols,
Genesis 4: 13-15
Cain replied to the LORD, "My punishment is too great for me to bear! 14. You have banished me from the land and from your presence; you have made me a homeless wanderer. Anyone who finds me will kill me!" 15. The LORD replied, "No, for I will give a sevenfold punishment to anyone who kills you." Then the LORD put a mark on Cain to warn anyone who might try to kill him.
God spoke through signs on the body. Cain was understood as having served his punishment for offences toward God, and the mark left on his body told persons the trust in that truth. Forever he would wear the mark, and people would see it as a sign from God. Such marks were understood as darkness towards God, while the mark served as an understanding of God's awareness to that darker side of man, and with that understanding a mark for all to see an know of God as Himself.

Numbers 6: 5
[sic, nazirite laws]
They must never cut their hair throughout the time of their vow, for they are holy and set apart to the LORD. Until the time of their vow has been fulfilled, they must let their hair grow long. 6. And they must not go near a dead body during the entire period of their vow to the LORD.

Here, with the work in faithfulness, the monk was to shave their head as a sign that the God work was complete. They were ready to return home and resume their normal everyday activities. The shaven head told persons that God was with the monk and the monk had completed a God given task.

Through Vestments and Religious Artifacts,
Exodus 28
The Priestly Garment: The Ephod, The Breastplate  and Other Vestments.
Zechariah 3: 3-5
Jeshua's clothing was filthy as he stood there before the angel. 4. So the angel said to the others standing there, "Take off his filthy clothes." And turning to Jeshua he said, "See, I have taken away your sins, and now I am giving you these fine new clothes." 5. Then I said, "They should also place a clean turban on his head." So they put a clean priestly turban on his head and dressed him in new clothes while the angel of the LORD stood by.
A 'Turban' on the head served as a sin offering, as the "angel of the LORD stood by" in witness to the cleansing. Here clothing served as a communication from God to those who saw the prophet.
1 Timothy 2: 9
And I want women to be modest in their appearance. They should wear decent and appropriate clothing and not draw attention to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or pearls or expensive clothes. 10. For women who claim to be devoted to God should make themselves attractive by the good things they do.
In this passage, clothing again is a physical sign that God has spoken to a person. Flamboyance, indecent clothing, etc. are physical signs that a believing person is not communicating with God, but they are only seeking a self-awareness.
Through the Use of Space,.
Luke 16: 22-24
"Finally, the poor man died and was carried by the angels to be with Abraham. The rich man also died and was buried, 23. and his soul went to the place of the dead. There, in torment, he saw Abraham in the far distance with Lazarus at his side. 24. "The rich man shouted, 'Father Abraham, have some pity! Send Lazarus over here to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue. I am in anguish in these flames.'
.
The dead sinner saw across space that faithful service had a presence among those who could no longer serve themselves, but needed to beg the rightful for a personal salvation. The rich man shouts to the poor, "have some pity" "Send" over Lazarus. The distance, or space between to two, was greater then the rich man's need for the "cool" water.

Through the Use of Time...
Genesis 2:4-5
This is the account of the creation of the heavens and the earth. The Man and Woman in Eden. When the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, 5. neither wild plants nor grains were growing on the earth. For the LORD God had not yet sent rain to water the earth, and there were no people to cultivate the soil.

For six days, what we understand today in a time period of 24 hours per day, God created both heaven and earth, all of earth's habitat and creatures, plus both man and woman. Simply the belief that God created all we see is a sign to believers that a spoken word for six days created the physical needs we see and use. Each day feels new to us, whether we feel good or bad. Another way to communicate with God...through the physical understanding in the presence of one day in our lives. With each day having its own unique reason for us...to feed, to clothe, to heal, and to know that everything we believers see and understand is there as a witness from God that He is communicating with us.

So, remember, God can speak to you, if you believe in God Almighty. When you see the different ways He can show you what God Almighty is then it's clearly understood who God really is. No confusions just simple convictions.

All the many signs, ways, and wonders You, Father give to those who believer You are the God Almighty. The One God for those who can offer more then simple words, gestures, or prayers of faith. A God, You are, and our God You will always be for those who love the goodness of a sign from God. Amen.
.... So that, if a man only abstains from doing evil in order to avoid punishment, Non pasces in cruce corvos, [Thou shalt not be hanged.], saith the Pagan; there, "thou hast thy reward." But even he will not allow such a harmless man as this to be so much as a good heathen. If, then, any man, from the same motive, viz., to avoid punishment, to avoid the loss of his friends, or his gain, or his reputation, should not only abstain from doing evil, but also do ever so much good; yea, and use all the means of grace; yet we could not with any propriety say, this man is even almost a Christian. If he has no better principle in his heart, he is only a hypocrite altogether.
